As an Enterprise Account Executive at Recyda, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our end-to-end Packaging Sustainability platform with leading global enterprises. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—from operational teams to C-suite executives—helping customers unlock the full potential of their sustainability journey.

- Own and drive the full sales cycle: from pipeline development, business case creation, to deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
- Build and execute strategic account plans to grow and expand business within assigned enterprise accounts
- Leverage benchmarking, ROI analysis, and industry insights to support customer decision-making
- Understand the customer’s tech stack, business goals, and competitive landscape to position Recyda effectively
- Stay ahead of industry trends by tracking news, competitors, and market shifts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure deal success and long-term customer satisfaction
- Engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers to build trust and close high-impact, long-term deals
