- You will work in a great team and take on full responsibility for Enterprise customers
- You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our solution and services
- You will map out customers' "as is" and "to be" business processes with the goal of building joint success plans and identifying and prioritising key use cases and business value drivers
- Develop and expand your accounts by driving product adoption to ensure value add
- Practice value engineering with our customers, identifying their goals, crafting the plan towards realization and quantify realized value
- Foster team collaboration and help increase team expertise
- Become an internal communications expert, by sharing industry best practices and driving the evolution of Recyda’s product and platform functionality in collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Marketing
